This is a very rare postcard image of Sunset Blvd.,located in current day West Hollywood. Sunset Blvd. is
a very wide street, hence the rapidly vanishing perspective. The details, however, are strong. This section of
Sunset Blvd., with its elegant boutiques, swanky jewelry stores, and sidewalk cafes has always been
upscale and tidy. The photo below shows how the same area looks today: The awnings I have colored red
are a dark green on the lower right in the more current photo.
